I need passive income stream ideas

Folks, let's talk about making income streaming passively. I have some ideas however due to my current money situation, I am not being able to jump start them. Hence, I am looking for other ideas that we can talk and recommend. I know there is not straight passive incomes, if someone ever says it as a "GURU" stay the duck away from them. We need hard effort to turn an income passively that paid by your incomer. So before talking to much, I was looking for real estate, I live in Europe and here the rents are so high, so with mortgage there is a chance that you can rent your apartments for income per months, until now this method is the best one I could ever come across. Although, like I said, unfortunately I don't have capital cash to start. So what else I can make some incomes that will work best for me? I have around 20k to start, how I can turn this cash to passive? Any ideas? Let's talk.

Indeed, but you only work hard seasonal like 2 months in August and September. Rest months are cash incomes for you per month which is sent by your good fella tenants.appeal stores also would be worked good which I have at the moment for Amazon retail, however it’s not being enough to freely go everywhere whenever I want to

For that cash, you can Rent multiple locations then turn them to Airbnb.

Even the mortgage/renting formula is hard to do in some countries as you have to pay off at least 5 years of the mortgage in order to legally rent it to people. Could you specify in which country that property is? Also, the art of passive income is to find something that works with only a web host investment ($10) and scale it accordingly while also thinking of other projects. For me the trick was trying to earn money with little to no invest and scaling up and fuelling that method with additional funds. Pick a particular niche that you know enough about to teach a class of grade school kids about it. Next do research on ways how you could capitalise off this investment (My favourites are CPA, Affiliate Marketing, Promo jobs and Freelance gigs.) There are a lot of options, even though $20,000 seems like a little to start in real estate, it opens endless possibilities in online marketing. Examples: Sell products on a webshop with a small warehouse. You could invest for promotion in FB Ads (however this requires some research to optimise your reach). Create a website where you review video games and fill it up with ads. (The type of ads that pay you to be on your site). And also a lot of blackhat opportunities like CPI and PPI which can also be approached as whitehat if you invest money in it.
TL;DR: If you can create something that provides worth to people in any way, you can rake in the bucks.

If you like gambling, invest in the stonk market. It only goes up.

Some cryptos give high apy interest at the beginning for promotion. You have to be careful if the crypto goes into bear cycle, your crypto will lose value and if you want to cash out, you may lose money.

I've said for a lot of years, work your job, do the side jobs on the side. Once you have got to the point where you are earning enough and have the confidence to do the leap of faith, then consider moving fulltime IM.

Select a niche and Make a blog site . Publish some good contents and try to monitize your blog with adsence or affiliate

For 20K you can buy a site that makes around 500 a month. That's more than you can make on a rental property anywhere in the world and a 30% return on your money.

Another option is creating a process for a method that works for you and then outsourcing it for passive income. As long as you make more than you pay your employees or VAs, you'll make passive income. This method works great if you're reselling services or flipping products.
