I need Instagram advice

So I bought an adult account a while ago and I've made some good growth on it. I was hoping to change it into a male influencer account for a friend. Now the About this account section shows previous name changes it's a bit of a killer for credability. Does anyone know how long it will show tgis information from or have any advice on improving engagement after a niche change?
