I need help with an instagram account

Hi everyone, an instagram account of a client of mine was hacked and I need to know if anyone is able to help me out. I tried contacting meta but he was unable to help me out, would anyone be able to do the same thing in order to recover it?

Only meta support can help you imho.
 
I already contacted them but they couldn't help me, isn't there someone to go into the profiles?
 
You can try Instagram's recovery tools or contact Meta support again, as third-party services may not be reliable.

Only them can recover your account. Maybe you just need to provide more info in order for them to recover the account successfully

Sorry to hear about your client’s account being hacked. It can be really frustrating dealing with this kind of issue. Have you already tried going through Instagram's official account recovery process? Here’s what usually works:

  1. Go to the "Need more help?" section on the login page.
  2. Fill out the recovery form with as much detail as possible (original email, username, etc.).
  3. If the account is for a business, provide proof like invoices or registration docs if requested.
Also, make sure the hacker hasn’t changed the recovery email or phone number; otherwise, it could complicate things.

If Meta’s direct support didn’t help, I’d suggest being persistent. Sometimes submitting multiple requests or reaching out via their official Facebook Business page gets better results.

If Meta support didn’t help, try the ‘Report Hacked Account’ feature directly in Instagram’s Help Center, it sometimes gets better results. Also, if the account email was changed, check for the original email notification to reverse it. If all else fails, there are recovery experts around, but be cautious of scams

If Meta can't help you, your client will need to create a new account and start fresh.
