As many of you might know Facebook recently changed their requirements to verify a bm, I would appreciate any help or insight you could offer me on how to do this.

Use Bangladeshi ad accounts. It is easy to run adds using Bangladeshi ad accounts. there are less complexity.

Because, Government of Bangladesh has imposed very less restrictions on fb ads and so has the FB authority. FB don't want bother their customer if the government doesn't insist.

Different GEO has different restrictions and options. Find the proper country with the easiest conditions for BM and use it.
