hi, i'm starting a online game portal, i have readed a lot at this forums, but i still have doubts in what i need to do to get more traffic to my website, is someone can help me answering these question, will be very useful.

a) what is better buy a pack of backlinks at fiverr or buy specific traffic?
b) i have a second level domain (.com.ve) this will work fine to get graphics world wide ?
c) i need any SEO tools to increase the traffic ?
d) if i need SEO Tools to increase traffic, you know one that is free (sorry but i have a very limited budget) and noob friend ?

any tip will be very appreciated, i know to get traffic for a website is a hardwork, but i want to make my site work.

p.s.: sorry if this is kind of noob question, but i'm very noob in this kind of business.

Let me try to answers your queries. There are hundreds of ways available to drive traffic to your niche. Since your website is gaming related, you can monetize easily if you know the tactics.

1. Buying links on Fiverr will only tank your website, those are 100% crappy links. Try to buy real and targeted traffic. [You can find a seller here in BHW]
2. You need to have your website optimized properly (both off and on page). You can easily geo targeted traffic with this domain.
3 & 4. There are lots of guides available here in BHW which discusses about these topics. Spend some time in reading them, you will get ideas for sure.

You can use profile backlinks with quality articles or state budget of bloggers, everyone uses the zombie blog autoblog dummy and then redirected to the main site
 
Don't buy links / traffic from Fiverr.

You have to concentrate more on building manual back links. Also do a better keyword research & make use of long tail keywords to boost your organic traffic. And you can run social media accounts. Social Media is used by a ton of people and with the right tweets, posts etc. you can draw their eye to your website. Hope it helps.

Don't buy traffic!....what you want is organic traffic to your website.
If your niche contains a lot of people coming from search engines...doing SEO is probably a good idea...
although i personally wouldn't go to fiverr for a SEO service....Since there are many great (and many not so great) SEO agencies on BHW.
Do a good amount of research on how SEO can help get traffic through search engines and then consult an SEO agency here...

SEO Tip: If you're serious about your business DO NOT go for low quality / Spammy backlinks as it may damage your business.

1. don't use fiverr unless you know what you're doing, there are lot of bad links there that will not be good for your site. Buying traffic again, is a bad idea if you don't know what you're doing and you don't have a budget for it. Best thing you could do is read about how to rank your site and do it yourself, this way you'll also learn what works and what doesn't
2. second level domain should be fine
3. no tools needed, all tools automate what can be done by hand, since you have 1 domain and just learning everything it's best to do everything by hand and understand how it all works.
 
Blog commenting, Social Media sites and guest posting are the great way to generate an instant traffic to your website but these are count in white hate seo.

You need social media or very nice linkbuilding (not farm building). Try to get from social.
 
natural traffic would be good for your site and also try to get some quality backlink related from game niche sites and you wont use any tools or bots for getting traffic, better you can use your keyword in domain name and also add LSI keywords for better ranking and increase your keyword potential in your backlink content, real guest post and social signals will help you to get good impact.

If you need natural traffic for your site you have to do some natural techniques.
Concentrate ON page techniques.
Analyse the backlinks in your site.
Make Unique contents on your blogs.
Consistently do Blog commenting then the visitors will attract on your blogs.
