Hello,
In my country paypal is banned but i was using with payonner by adding USA account.
Now paypal removed my bank and asking me to call us for adding the bank and i cannot call them.
Someone American or any technical person can help me please.

If you have a lot of balance in it, simply follow the them.
Otherwise, you should leave if you can afford to.

Hi,

You will have to call your local paypal office for this, im assuming you are from asia or gulf countries.
But in my opinion you wont get your money back.
