I need help adding Featured Channel to my Channel

Hello guys

I am trying to add another channel as featured channel on my channel home page. Before now you can add the channel url in search bar and the channel will appear, but now you have to search the channel name in the search bar and if the channel does not come up in search, you cant add it. Any solution/way around this? The channel i want to add does not come up when the name is searched. Thanks

I did still not working for me here. Please post screenshot. Here is mine below
