Would help if you told us where you are a located, and what the problem is that you not just open a PP account yourself.
 
I run a business and in the past I have accepted payment via greendot moneypak. Well that is being phased out so now I need a new way of accepting payment and getting it in my hands..
 
Just have yet to have help I need. I am willing to pay.
 
Very dangerous to seek help accepting payment without revealing all the details to allow people to decide whether or not to contact you.

Which of the service you recommend to stay away from?
