I want to use services from local banks in the US, but almost all of them require you to be employed in the US and have a physical office. How can I resolve these requirements?

You do not have to be employed to have a bank account in the USA with most banks.
 
wise will provide you with a us bank account that can be linked (in most cases) to your local business.
