Should there be something like minimum wage agreement ? As a BHW member, This type of thread from the OP makes me feel that BHW should have some law for for members who wish to hire other members. Here minimum wage should be fixed that can be not as low as one mentioned here (aka USD 10 for 8 hours), but attractive enough at same time lower than what we can get at freelancer (dot) com.

I suggest we can have official contract, with both parties agreeing to terms and conditions set by the site.

Note: I never intended to hijack the thread. But the thread was something that I could not overlook too. Sorry if OP or any one else felt bad.

Mate I don't think anyone will have a go at you for accepting it. It's just degrading to offer it. Even if it's a lot of money to some people it does not mean that I should be treating you like a dog because of the fact of where I happened to be born.

Op do the decent thing and increase your offer. Even thirty quid is not the greatest for the amount of work you want done but it's certainly getting closer to a dignified middle ground.
