It's really sad that people pay others so little and those that take it are doing themselves and others more harm than good for a one time payment. If nobody accepts the work for the wage proposed, that person will need to raise the wage to find the work.
It baffles me that I see advertisements in my area for $99 dollar websites. Have some self respect and forward thinking. Otherwise you'll be stuck and become the guy who barely makes a living while others excel.

It may be right, but really I am surprised you are looking for worker with this rate in BHW. I am not sure even a newbie freelancer would do it. Of course it's up to you as an employer how much you gonna pay someone, but it's not even a low standard for freelancing.

If McDonald's is Paying $10/Hr Here, then I think a lot of people will go crazy just to get the job, I've seen a lot of people working part time on McDonald's such as, college students and even some already graduate students working on McDonald's just to get 0.7 dollar cent/hr and wait you are not flipping burgers, that is too easy, you can only flip burgers if you are a college graduate's with any chef/cook related whatsoever course; you are grinding your ass off cleaning the floor, washing the plates and doing hard labor for 8 hr/day.
So think it again on my perspective.
