I Need an Android Dev that could help me solve a problem

Hey there.

I have a problem that can be solved two ways:
1. By hiring someone to solve it;
2. By finding a different way around the problem.

Here's the situation: I bought a Vivo Phone in order to have 5 users. Each user has a different app's profile.

My employees need to access the 5 profiles total being able to switch from one user to the next. The problem is that, using airdroid or Splashtop, after a couple of times every user different from the first stops working. Basically each user is considered as a phone by itself. After a while the connection becomes impossible.

So the two ways:
1. Find a way to make one of those programs work in a reliable way.
2. give me a solution (any solution) so that I can just connect my phones and my employees can use them directly. (if it's through something reliable like a cable it's even better. the solution will have also to take into consideration that I have 5 phones.

COMPENSATION:
1. depending on the number of hours spent on the project, I can spend up to 100$
2. For the info, (and if it works) I am willing to pay 50$ (you just have to point me there and if it works, you get the 50 bucks)
