not quite sure what your asking for here

you want someone to pay you $4 an article - before they even say whether its accepted etc on commission or up front


or are you saying you expect you will earn $4 per article and your paying 28 cents to cover the costs of sending you money with no profit ?

nevermind, I found a different service. Someones selling each account for $2 so i am fine.

There is a high probability that those accts will get locked.

Yup, you will be fine when they ban your account and send their legal team after you. Do some research man.

I used to make my on accounts using VOIP numbers when they had phone verification...
Never used a proxy while using them, it was long ago...
but my accounts still stand good!
edit: i was payed $27 through these accounts last month.
