I need a simple translation tool

Hi,

I need a translation tool for my personal use only. It should work like this:
- The script will be on my private website for me to use after I log in.
- I should be able to select the source language and the target language (I will work with two languages only);
- I will upload a source file in a text or word format.
- The script will recognize full sentences and will separate them by placing each sentence in a new line.
- The script then will use google translate and will place the translated sentence below the source sentence. There should be a clearly visible space or line between one pair of sentences and another pair of sentences. The two sentences (original sentence and translated sentence) can be placed (viewed) in boxes for me to be able to see both sentences clearly.
- I want to be able to edit/correct the translated sentence and save it.
- When it’s done I want to be able to download the resulting (translated) file in a word format. It has to be the whole resulting file after translation and my editing.
