Any specific need for the premium account?? If you want to bypass the downloading limits there are other simple methods to do that.

Also don't use the IP given there find some fresh http public proxy. They will work fine. You can even have a speed of 10mbps.

I tried this method and all other methods on vps (azure) but it doesn't work for me.
i need a method working on vps.

use a vpn and change the location/IP every time you exceed the limit and then resume the download, it works like a charm

Use Touch VPN chrome extension. Works great for me. Sure you have to stop/connect once the limit exceeds for the current ip.
After you change the ip, simply click again Standard Download and it will magically resume
