You can begin by typing in your main keyword, for example, "bullshit". Then you can continue with "bullshit a", "bullshit b", "bullshit c" and so on and the tool will automatically populate a dropdown with current search phrases with the # of search results.

It's not the be-all/end all, by any means--but it's a decent free research tool.

Other than that, I use Keyword Elite now which I got on this forum.

I am not sure that there is much difference as you have to put the url of the website in first and if you go to the top website for any given keyword and put that url it will return the keywords and surely they are not at the top of the organic listings for using the wrong keywords.
