guys , i just want to start make money from android apps(re_sking)
so i decided to purchase google play account developper
and the problem was that " you have to purchase a google play account using only visa card or payonner"
and unfortunately i don't have visa card or even payoneer and it's a a little hard to get one right now
but already i have paypal (not verfied that means not linked with bank or card)
with 25 dollars and i want a method or solution to get virtual visa card or something like this ...
cuzi'm really excited to start this business.

I'm not sure where are you from but in most places you can just walk into a bank and purchase card. Or get a gift card and that's it. Ask around if VCCs work and if they work get yourself a VCC and use it.
