I need a BOT created for a project

Hi guys!

First of all, excuse me for the poor English. I'm looking for a BOT creator for a new project. Please let me explain the situation. I live in The Netherlands where we have some sort of Yellow Pages per subject online. Here is an example:

On webdesign.startpagina.nl (sorry, not allowed to place links yet) you see a lot of ? in this case ? webdesigners in The Netherlands. There are thousands of pages where you find those links. For a project I want to easily get in contact with everyone who is on that page. What I need is a bot who checks every website which is on a startpagina.nl (I choose the subject) and crawls the website for an e-mailaddress.

So, for example. I want to get in touch with every taxi driver who is registered on taxi.startpagina.nl. The bot scans every website which is on that page and searches for the e-mailaddress and puts them in an excel sheet.
In the future I?m looking for something else than Taxi drivers so I fill in the other subject and the bot starts working.

I'm very curious if this is possible and how much it will cost.
