Why don't you find them yourself?
There are some google operators to search with and you'll find a lot of registerable bloggers.
When I was searching for expired bloggers a long time ago, I used just scrapebox to scrape google for blogger profile pages. From profile pages you could get other blogspots and by scraping those blogspots you get other linked bloggers and so on. The list grows quite big from just s few profile pages.

I use scrapebox but 10 days ago all office system was hacked cuz of it. I will continue to use it when we fix this problem
