I don’t usually post things like this — but this one stuck with me.
A while back, I built a small funnel. Spent weeks on copy, layout, testing headlines.
Nothing worked. No traffic converted. Zero feedback. Not even hate — just silence.
The night before I planned to delete the whole thing, I checked analytics one last time.
1 new lead.
Next day — 2.
A few days later — first payment.
I was 12 hours away from scrapping something that just needed a little more time.
Lesson?
Sometimes you’re not failing — you’re just quitting before the data speaks.
I still tweak and rebuild things constantly, but now I always ask:
“Am I quitting because it’s broken… or because I’m impatient?”
Anyone else almost gave up right before something worked? Would love to hear your version of that moment.
