I had some small changes in two of my sites last week. I doubt it was helpful content update related, but aside from that, nothing in my rankings are abnormal anymore.
I’ve updated this site about 30 times with 30 articles over the last 2 months. I haven’t put much effort into it but it’s complete AI content.
I’ve done nothing to it for backlinks, social media, or anything. Just content.

For me no change before 1. September. Now I can see changes, on my spam projects I see drop on 60% of websites by 15-20%. And 40% of websites I see increase for about 10-15%. Will keep tracking.

I am in the same boat literally. No effect until 31 August but after that there is a slow poison effect.

That's good for you, hope it will be like that by the end of update. But so far as I can see, it just started to make changes on 1st September. And it will be active for at last 5-10 days by my opinion.
Also my analysis was in one niche where I have around 400 websites, where I generating around 10-20M traffic monthly. But in some other niches where doing some other spam, and have less websites in network per niche I don't see any impact.
