How cold is the winter where you live? Is it east to get part-time jobs?

Winter is very cold. At least in the most populous regions. In fact, the country is so cold, majority of the population lives along the border. On average you're looking at -10/-15 Celsius.
Part-time jobs can be "easy" if you're willing to do very entry-level (server, kitchen staff, warehouse, data entry). Other than that, there's ample gig markets.

I lived in Regina, Saskatchewan for a year I went to school and played hockey up there. The level of hockey up there is badass compared to where I was located at the time. Was really blown away about it and went to some WHL games. Went to some Regina Pats games and my dorm mothers son played on the team. They start looking at kids up there to play in the WHL(CHL) at the age of 14 and 15 from what I usually hear. My favorite player right now in the NHL is Connor Bedard he played for the Pats and is originally from BC. Ever go to any hockey games?

Where I was at for the year it was cold enough to freeze the pond behind the dorm I lived in. When I would go out though I wasn't cold but when there is wind yeah that will make you cold.

Best time is definitely between May - August. Great weather, it's bad in terms construction though, since it can only happen in summer. Toronto or Montreal are going to have the most night clubs, babes, and adult entertainment. A close third would be Vancouver.

There's a lot of controversy around this now, government has actually lowered the allowed limit. Overall, just try and be a skilled worker with an actual in demand job. Either shoujld be fine, but study or work permit feeds into PR.

Pretty much every house yes, but I should say, most don't have "real" maple syrup, such as those from maple trees. A lot of processed corn syrup. But many households have both.
