I just did some research on the company that dominates the SERPS on all of my keywords. I used Scrapebox and scraped his sites domain.
The results show about 500 different domains with his company name in it with different locations. So another words he has about 500 domains like "companynamewashingtondc.com", "companynamewesttampa.com", "companynameorangecountync.com"
All of those websites all have the same exactly things written on the page except for the locations changed.
My questions:
1) Is this guy literally paying for web hosting on every single one of these domains? Do you think it is all done on one centralized server to save him money?
2) Isn't this considered duplicate content according to Google? All of these websites have a PR of at least 2. Many of them have 3. His main site has 6. If they all say the same thing except for the locations changed, why is it such a high PR?
