I've been working online full-time for over 12 years, and for the past year or so I've been feeling a lot of pain and soreness in my hands. A few months ago I got a serious strain in my mouse index finger.. like seriously fucking painful. The pain went away but it's still numb, like nerve damage numb.
Anyways.. after talking to some friends and poking around the web I realized that I probably have early signs of RSI (repetitive stress injury) which could eventually lead to carpel tunnel. Not good considering I earn a living online.
So I went out and forked for what's supposed to be the best keyboard to reduce hand and finger strain. Let's hope it works!
I can't post a link or pic, but it's called the Kinesis Advantage.
Any of you guys have similar problems after years of working on your computer?
