Crate 100 fake fb accounts, manage them with mass planner, use proxys and you can drive BIG amount of traffic to your site if all fo the groups are good and active and if you post content that they like

OP, your answer is right here. You dont really need this amount of accounts, you just need some good aged accounts.
Also, building your own groups are are way better.

I joined these many groups with Great mass planner trial account only.
With my old FB account I joined these many groups within two days!
Mass planner worked very efficiently in this regard.
But the question is When I posting links to groups the thumbnails displaying are nude pics.
What to do now!
Sorry to ask like this stupid questions.
But I am newbie, So I don't know anything about adult niche advertising.

I used clickable images yesterday but did'nt see any traffic, I posted only 10 groups only, because of Facebook ban

look, any decent fb groups are Heavily moderated - any spammer will get banned from the group + posts will be deleted.. the groups that will allow your stuff > well, they are full with spam already and all the members know that.

I didn't read that your niche was adult, otherwise I would tell you immediately (as I am telling you now) to give up on that niche, because it's not worth it. FB is not the place to promote tube sites, it's a social network lol not a porn forum. There are other more profitable niches on FB that you don't have to cloak very hard to get some nice stable earnings.

Unless you're promoting really targeted niche adult sites, FB is not going to help you. Tube sites do lousy there. The best things to promote on FB groups are affiliate jobs (ie., job recruitment affiliate programs) and Kindle books (but for reviews not actual sales)
