So, I've been on the forums for almost two months. I've been experimenting with Kindle for a month now, and the week ending 6/22 I hit $100. The week ending 6/15 I made around $54. I know it's not a lot for the week, but I consider this a hobby because I have a full-time job. Yes, I hope to make six figures off of this, but you have to appreciate the small goals you hit on the way to the ultimate accomplishment. Also, I wasn't able to upload as many books as I would like. I should be able to double this amount in the next two weeks, though. I have one book going live in the next two days(coming off KDP Free promo), and two other books I am uploading tonight. Furthermore, this is with pretty much zero marketing. I plan on researching some marketing techniques. I think I could easily double my book sales with minimum effort once I get a good marketing system down. What I've learned in my very short career in IM is just try and enjoy what you're doing. This is all about being creative, and creating things is fun. Have fun with what you are doing, and the success will come.
