so i cannot even earn money on my bank account, because its being watched due to me being insolvent, it would get confiscated, im not allowed to earn money, and it could even cause further legal issues

so i would have to have a secret bank account no one knows about and is unlinkable to me, but how the fuck do i get it?

idk, maybe a secret paypal would help too

There are vendors that sell stealth PayPal account if it's what you are looking for
 
Due to KYC guidelines I don't think it's possible to get an anonymous bank account.
You can try other options like stealth PayPal accounts or crypto. The question is what do you need those accounts for?
 
I'm curious as to why this is high IQ only...

Relatives or friends that you trust could be an option, perhaps an account in your other halves name, if applicable.
 
Relatives is a great option.

When I was in Uni, my parents opened a new card in their bank account, shared in my name.
However, the card could be used without linking the actual balance to my account.

This way any money I send or receive to that account, was not monitored by the school / gvt since it wasn't in my personal account. This way any extra income didn't affect my housing- or student benefits.

Open a bitcoin account my friend :) on the btc side you can withdraw money to any account you want I know wrong?
 
Relatives or any friend you can trust on. Just create a bank account on his name and use it.
