I have two .com domains, Can I have a website that will link both together, for instance it doesnt matter which link or *****.com someone enters it will land on the same website?

Yes possible. I think you can point both domain to same nameserver or use same content on both domain.

One of person copy my website but I when I check then found that he was using my nameserver or CNAME.

Basically what the above guy said. You just have to point them to the same nameserver. That way no matter which domain people go to they will end up on the same website.
