I won't be able to answer all questions but you will need an verified account to earn money as well as your own content, alternatively videos that you have publisher rights to or else you will probably never actually get the money if you plan to steal videos and re-upload them.

Edit: I forgot to mention that a friend of a friend of a friend, you get the point, purchases publisher rights to different videos and splits them into ~10min videos and uploads them. You get 3+ videos from 1 video that generates revenue. I believe that this was for Xvideos Red though, not Pornhub.

You can't make money on Pornhub, sorry.

Its best to make make your own content or partner with someone that will allow you to use their content.
