I have problem when payment on Tiktok

When I paid to subscribe to my favorite artist's TikTok account, I encountered a problem as shown in image #2. After changing my TikTok and iCloud accounts, the error shown in image #1 reappeared.
Please help me fix this error; I really need it.

that unusual transactions flag usually means tiktok's payment system already linked your card/device fingerprint, switching accounts won't bypass it

I'm having the same issue as well. To solve the issue First check that your payment details are correct and your account is fully verified. If everything looks fine. contact TikTok support since the problem may be on their side.

I tried to chat on support but only chatbot reply :(
