I have problem about torrent please help me

hi, im working on torrent (extratorrent) am uploading files with sharecash password. but administration always removing my torrents for reason: no seed. seed it please.
how i seed my torrent and how can i solve this problem?

you can find more than enough tutorial video on youtube: your first problem is solved, however you'll face the next one pretty soon: your torrent will be removed and this time not because of no seed, but because of SC pw
