find a cpa offer that relates to those niches, and make a cheap wordpress site about them?

Why not build a site with a real business product or service around that niche?
IF it is on the level and you can pull that type of return, don't worry about the ppc or cpa deals. Go for the big money and sell products/services in the niche that will make some real money and long-term profits for you.

Sure, they still work IF they are of good content and are niche targeted.
Keep it simple though. With ebooks these days, people have finally started to take them for what they are...not as courses that should bring high dollar payouts but, actually, just a book to be read and gain information from, just like any other.
Keep your book simple and to the point, charge $15-$20 for it and let it go. You will make far more money from a reasonable price than overpricing it. The individual that buys these things are either a novice that buys everything or someone that has specific interest in your niche.
You want the latter of the two choices. The novice is also the king of chargebacks on this type of material. Someone specifically targeting it will keep it due to the low investment and the simple compulsion that they may get some use out of it sometime down the line if they don't use it right away.
Know who it is you are selling to and you will find that you can guide them the way they intend to go, which happens to be exactly where you have your products, services and upsells.

Buy up some .info's and create CPA Gateways on them... do a little SEO work for each domain to get 1st page results.
Then sit back and watch the $$$ come in

.info's are $0.89, go search the couch for some change hehe jp. You can try putting CPA gateways on existing domains if you have some...
Yeah, remember it is easier to get 1 person out of 100 people to buy a $100 product than 100 people out of 100 people to buy a $1 product.

Hmm, I have a bunch, I don't really know what your requirements are but like: 25.73 ppc and 1900 global searches, 2108 intitle. MNF is saying its really low competition (8), 3 words. Would that be worth anything?
I used to have those alike keywords too,
it's not hard to find them using MNF, the job u have to do is focus more energy on them to earn decent money.
