alright i'm going to give you an actual suggestion right now before i ask you for some niche research help
So IMO there is very little you can do for absolutely zero dollars. BUT what i'm saying is you can do some serious damage for less than $100.
Buy a domain for the keywords you found, and create mini sites, or blogs or whatever you want to call them. Put wordpress on it. Outsource some article writing. Outsource some link building. Get yourself to the top of google the cheap way.
Now if you're talking about absolutely no money at all to speak of. I'd recommend bum marketing. Does anyone here know if that still works?
You know the drill - use ezine articles, hubpages, squidoo and whatever other powerful as hell landing pages you want to dominate the SERPs and funnel some traffic somewhere.
anyways those are my suggestions. I've got a really good post from a dude's blog you can read on how to easily dominate the serps. pm me if you're interested.
although i'm sure I'll pm you first about niche research and such.
