I have more than 5k emails saved a while ago, can I monetize them?

A while ago I published ways to make money on different sites and they told me their email in case they were interested, at which point I had more than 5k emails interested in making money and I plan to send them an email with a CPA offer related to making money Will the networks not ask me where I get the emails from? I won't have problems with this?

Your answer would be that they signed up for a money making method some time ago.
The network won't care, but you email marketing platform might..

If I send 200-300 emails/day manually through Gmail, will it be okay? (even though it takes me hours of work)
 
Google as of March has flagged this now not possible, no idea what googles using deepmind Gemini but SEO tricks are becoming magical tricks that are getting harder.

If the email is a business account maybe you can sign up to a affiliate site and forward the link to them professionally, not my field of expertise.

I wouldn't do that. You'd be marked as spam pretty fast and given you only have 5K emails, the earning potential is very limited. I can't see how it's worth 25 days of work.
 
if you know how to drive traffic and set up your funnel, affiliate networks will not ask you anything
just clean your list and get a good platform to send your mails
and promote a good offer with a powerful sales copy
 
5k is not a big deal to generate money. Try to send from multiple Gmail accounts.
