And I was wondering if there are ways to get traffic to these offers without paying money for traffic. Any creative ideas?

Okay, this is technically money, but you could buy an $80 AdWords voucher for $5 or a $50 Facebook voucher for $7.95 and get some traffic. You simply have to make a keyword-dense landing page for Google's bot (doesn't matter so much for Facebook) to get a high ad score and thus a low CPC, then redirect the visitors to your actual offer (PM me for the script that does all of this).

I use this method when trying to find a high-converting niche. I dabble in health a bit and have had some runs do 3-4 conversions of $27 each per day, which I think was a 12% conversion rate or so. It's a really good way to explore tons of niches and offers with minimal investment. Once you find something that works, you can go legit on it and pay for traffic because you know you'll make a ROI.
