Proportionally speaking, then, $5 in Sri Lanka is equitable to about $72.92 in the United States, or an hourly wage of about $9.11.

Is $9.11 per hour in the United States exploitation? Just curious. ;)

It has been said twice now. The OP is covering the cost of Internet and electricity used to do his job. Thus, the employee is not paying for those things as they pertain to his employment.

And given the average salary, it would appear that it would cover the necessary costs of living.

$5 is nothing for an average or rich man but ask the poorest man how does they feed all the members of their family .You will feel some kind of guilt inside yourself.
The Truth is we cannot cannot imagine that situation unless we go through it.
And you will also came to know the real faces of relationships who help and care about you and who doesnot .

I contacted this guy and he was selling them to me...

he wanted a $250 finders fee.....GTFO....

people post money making methods for FREE and here is
this guy just telling you someons SKYPE or messenger and wants $250...


dang.... does anyone offer free info on BHW anymore...
 
some of you guys are missing the point...

low wages in other countries is a way of life...

just because you make money does not mean you have to up the pay...

just like jobs here in the states.... they pay $20 an hour.... but the boss makes $150 and hour..... should he increase the pay just because he is profitting from the work... of course not... its a supply and demand thing...

the worker can choose to go elsewhere.... or stay...
the boss tries to keep the cost as low as possible without having the workers leave...

its a delicate balance....

it just happens that in some countries the balance is at a way lower wage....

don't dump on the OP just because you would not do it...
like other people said... in some countries $5 a day is good pay...
because everything is else is of lower cost too.....

just my opinion...
 
You guys are bunch of ____ (something).

$5 a day is fine. I watched a news story about garbage pickers in india, or farmers in india that make less than $5 a day doing hard labor.

So if this guy can sit in front of a computer and do some boring job, but that pays him more than any other job and he doens't have to smell like garbage then i say its fine.

He can always use the skills he learns doing a job for this guy and then try to sell services on fiverr for $5 per job.

I come from apoor country and i think this is totally fine.

Off course the boss will try to pay as much as possible but
If the workers are doing very hard work and you are monitoring them then you should think a little to increase there pay.

BHW is not a charity, you think people are gona come here and hand out free services for you and hand you money on a plate.
with a mindset like that you will fail at everything you do,

money making threads are there to give methods for free that doesnt mean you will get the person to give you a service for free to implement the whole thing for you while you sit your arse on a couch watching television X.

you need to learn to appreciate those people who give there methods away for free instead of hating and asking for free services.

it hard to say how to put these people to work..
they lack good english most of the time...
but like other people have said.....
teach how to use a tool....
and get them working 8 hours doing work with the tool....
and you sell the service in the states.....
