What's the source of the data? social media? scrapped? from a blog?

Your pricing is way off. Nobody is going to pay $2 per email for a general US list. He hasn't said this list is targeted in any way, these are not qualified leads. Loads of providers (some here on BHW) give away free samples of 1-5k *yes, 5,000 email*, before they even charge you.

My friend is selling with 1-1.5$ per email. he made 7K$.

Yeah, that’s what I’ve been trying to do, but I’ve been at it for a couple of months now, trying to find someone who might need it, and so far, no luck.
