I have a problem in Facebook Ads

your account has payment error maybe there is a problem with the card or ID or you heated the account incorrectly the account does not have enough trust set up something calm and follow the rules
 
Sometimes banks may block payments that they consider suspicious or unusual, which can lead to unstable account status. Your account may be on hold. Please change accounts or add a new card and verify again.

You should add a new card with a bigger budget, I think that will work well for you.
 
This error is usually caused by the card being rejected or not compatible with the Facebook account area.
Try using a reputable international VCC card, or a payment gateway like PayPal if there is an option.
If the error persists, change the IP, browser (use anti-detect) and try again on a new/different account.
 
Your card is having verification error, you can add new payment card and verify card in support section

The account has been converted to prepaid. You should use a master card to link to the payment method of the account.
 
If you realize it's your card, why not save yourself the stress and get a virtual card instantly from the marketplace?

I have the same problem as you, can't pay and can't add new payment method
