Pass some linkjuice to your sites or post the domain here Seriously if you're interested in doing blackhat/whitehat stuff you should already know what you should do with it.

you can do following things :

1)just sell the domain , it is PR7 , so it will get you some good $$$ , but as it is .cn , so you will get less as compare to .com and other domains
2)you can just create a site in it and then sell it for more good money. this is highly profitable and i recommend it.
3)you can create a site and keep it for yourself and then just rent links on it monthly ,annually or as you wish. it can also get you good money , but there are chances that on next PR update , your site's PR will drop.

so i recommend the 2 option as it can get you some quick money and that also a good sum.

how much work and/or money have you put into it?
Selling it sounds like a good option but selling links may be even better for long-term income

if i were you i would wisely spend the domain selling links, thinks properly while selling links or you Pr7 will go down the drain, and you will be back to square one.
