1)just sell the domain , it is PR7 , so it will get you some good $$$ , but as it is .cn , so you will get less as compare to .com and other domains
2)you can just create a site in it and then sell it for more good money. this is highly profitable and i recommend it.
3)you can create a site and keep it for yourself and then just rent links on it monthly ,annually or as you wish. it can also get you good money , but there are chances that on next PR update , your site's PR will drop.

so i recommend the 2 option as it can get you some quick money and that also a good sum.
