I run a faceless youtube channel (Animal documentary with creator's permission) , with voice over AI. The videos are about 0.30-1min long. I got monetized the last month and my rpm is 0.64e. As i understand is to low.

Before 10 days about , my rpm was 0.90+ but suddenly fall to 0.60 and now increase to 0.64e.

I used to upload 2 videos every day but i noticed that when a video published , suddenly, the other videos stopped gain views. For example, i had a video that took about 1k views in the first hours and when another video published the views stopped suddenly at the same time. So, my plan now is to upload 2 -3 videos/week.

Is this the reason that my views fall or i've to continue publish videos every day as i did in my first plan?

Any other suggestions that would help my channel? I search a lot here but idint find an issue like mine.

  • Gives each video breathing room to be discovered
  • Helps you analyze performance more clearly
  • Reduces YouTube’s tendency to test your new uploads at the expense of older ones

Daily uploads can split your viewers. Try 2–3 quality videos each week so each one gets more attention. Focus on clear titles, strong thumbnails, and good tags. Add end screens and playlists to boost watch time and RPM.

Yes, posting too frequent can split your views. YouTube might recommend the newest one to your audience, which makes the older video less likely to appear on their feeds. It may still appear, but the viewer may leave the platform before that happens. Remember that Shorts are popular because of people's shortening attention span. Thus, they are also likely to close the app after a few videos.

Post 1 video every week so that it is the newest on the channel, because youtube tends to recommend new videos to users. Just a second video will make your first video old and reach less viewers.

Make your videos at least 2–3 minutes long to boost RPM and watch time.

What your experiencing with your channel views is basically a view limit, all channels have a view limit and the views get distributed to your channel based on that limit, for example YouTube Will put a cap of 10-15k views every week for your channel and so whether you upload 1 or 2 or how many ever videos, you will still get the capped views of 15k,

Now if you want to break that view cap, you need to improve on your ctr and retention rates. When youtube sees that your videos are getting both of those rates pretty high, they suggest your video more which basically means the cap lifts from 15k to the next limit.

So check on your content and check the analytics for ctr and retention and improve on those.
