I have 5M subscribers how to monetize them ?

Man If I had 5 million subscribers.

From each video only I'd be making .05x1,000,000 = $50,000 (Supposing only 2.5 million of them watch my video and only 1 million watch 30 sec Ad) using Adsense.
Plus I would've been featured on front page of google to make another $50,000

So, 5 million subscribers and you never thought of joining Adsence. My brain is just not accepting it.

But if you got real 5 million subs and don't know what to do. Give yourself a favor sell that channel and get over the stress

Oh men...when I had only about 100 subscribers... I started to think about monetize them.... Now you have 5M subscribers and you still haven't had any ads on your videos????.... Such a big lie

Did you know G pays you min of $4 per 1k views on a video for the ads. I guess you did not since you're a load of shit. Show us some unedited proof and maybe we can take you for real.

That is not at all true, they pay $2 or less very often. $4 is for very good niches, over half of the videos have a lower RPM....
