I have 4,200 000 Adult Email Database the bases are updated and fresh.Someone to help me in sending and earning

Why don't you apply to various CPA programs, negotiate with their managers about email traffic, and earn a good amount of $$$$$ yourself?

He could learn how to avoid it and don't split the good profit. If he has the opportunity to update this email database, then in the long run this skill can bring him 10 times more money.
But still, just a way how I'll do it.
 
how you can send those email and what's smtp provider you recommend

Have you ever done email marketing with your own SMTP server? He got a lot to learn.
 
Well try your luck with some dating ofers from clickbank or search for adult cpa networks and promote some offers to see how it goes
 
If you need paid help post in hire a freelancer subforum or if you want to collaborate with someone else post in the joint ventures forum.
