One thing I never understand is how people can write on BHW while sleeping or in their dreams.

You have $9 million just sat there. It is not real money until you cash it in. Cash it in!
Wait, dont rush him.. He needs more PM's from curious newbies who have accounts here:D.. Dont bother to report this post.. Its like u see a full armed psyho,,entering a school but he needs to kill some kids in order to be sent in prison.and its not like he asked it as a financial advice(investment etc.), was just a statement, an intrigue :D i love how ppl are evolving to profit from their purposes...

There are so many ways now... Create journeys, become "successfull in them" and sell a course after, here and there ... Pretend to be silly and ask for interest.. Etc.. Years ago, they were straight to the point, but now they have to change their tactics because the World is changing and not because humans are getting smarter, just because u cant repeat the same thing, over and over.. I know this forum for much more years, long before i created this account, thats why "i speak nonsense",.. I love it..Very clever and beautiful, i love this..never mind guys, ignore me, i wont lose a dime due to my insanity :p
You post that question on a weekend and expect serious replies only?
Good luck with that.

I hope OP has those numbers he is claiming and just posts his BTC address.

ETF's would easily give you 125k+ a year for the rest of your life off that :D

looks like a troll post tbh. But i'd suggest to gamble, quiters are losers! (on a serious note, don't gamble)

not sure how to react on this post but if you have then you may wanna cash it ;)

Dunno why people are saying to buy houses etc..

Your goal in the 2020's and beyond should be digital assets. The world is going ultra digital. AI, Crypto, Metaverse, VR. There's no going back.

What a dumb idea it is to get rid of bitcoin 3 months before the halving, with a bull run due within 6-8 months.

There's no investment in the world that'll make you a 4-5x return in a year. Smaller ones within businesses, but where can you put $200 mil and turn it into $800 mil? Nowhere. No company in the world is going to do that in a year.

My goal is to acquire as much of a certain crypto as possible. I won't say which, because I'm watching and enjoying the price go down and buying it up.

But bitcoin is a solid buy for a guaranteed 4x, potentially a 5-6x, but probably not more than a 4.8x from current price.

If you have just 25 bitcoin you're set for life. Providing you don't sell it like a chump. In 10 years it'll peak at $600k and bottom out at $400k inbetween bull runs.

In 15 even higher, but if you can just hold 25 coins for 10 years, you're going to have around $10 mil in net worth. You can take a loan out for $1mil against that bitcoin and grow a business with it, and another loan for $1 mil to buy a house. When your bitcoin grows a year later, you take out another loan, and pay back the last.

Year 1: Loan of $X, with 2 bitcoin as collateral.
Year 2: Loan of $X with 1.7 bitcoin as collateral.
Year 3: Loan of $X with 1.4 bitcoin as collateral.
Year 20: Loan of $x (I'm not doing the math here, as it's not important, it's just to give you an idea of how this works) with 0.02 bitcoin as collateral.
Year 50: Loan of $x with 0.0000002 bitcoin as collateral.

And THAT is why you don't sell your bitcoin for stupid dollars, folks.

Why would you do that other than selling near a bull peak to buy back when it drops?

Even at that, once you hit certain wealth you don't do that. It's not even worth it. You just keep buying and holding.

When you sell, you have tax to pay.

When you take a loan out against something, you have ZERO tax to pay, and on top of that, the interest you can deduct from your income to pay even LESS tax.

WEALTHY PEOPLE DO NOT SELL ASSETS!

(Generally speaking. Sometimes you will, but the goal is to accumualte assets over your lifetime, not to buy and sell and hold stupid dollars which are useless)

Poor people want $$$

Wealthy people want assets.

Also, I know this is a time-waster thread. My comment isn't aimed at the OP, but the people suggesting "someone" who holds btc, should sell it and buy a house.

Damn, I had a perfect idea if only you’d have 218 BTC.. :(

I can’t imagine what i can do with 217 btc , but with just 1 , i can do this .
First at all, Leaving my country to raise my head, start a business and then help my family, secondly I would buy a house for my mother, and one for my daughter, third, I wouldn't have much money left, but I would try to go on vacation on a weekend with my family.

You can hardly find a house for sale in Monaco, mostly apartments are for sale here.
No point don't bother, unless you know the Prince like some of my friends do, no way u gonna get citizenship only short term year by year renewal visas.
Criteria for citizenship is pretty high and need French skills

Plus you will feel like small timer in Monaco cuz all the fellas(foreigners mainly) have moola in range of $75Mn+ and most of time I have seen when people below this amount arrive they kind of hit hard reality that not everyone is gonna be friendly/recognize your achievements since they are not so significant and practically then they feel like they can't fit in and feel depressed since they just can't be at same level as more accomplished people in the area at that time give them few more years they might catch up
