I have 2 Ecommerce Sites Looking for SEO

Hey guys, out of youtube, google, reddit and everything else. This website has been the most informative for me. I appreciate all the good info. So I have 2 new e commerce websites and need some help with seo. Are there Black hat experts that would basically partner up on my sites and do stuff like the backlinks? I write most of our blogs so probably enhance the H1 and keywords. Sorry Im pretty new to SEO. Please feel free to PM me. One site I want to rank as fast as possible. The other site Id prefer to do things a little smoother as I would like to have that site be long term.
