I have 100,000 emails from niches in general.

@bojanpeic Thank you, i am looking at the site and its just $10 a month. But do I need a GMass for each gmail account?

@Dangara I could...dont have much knowledge of it so I would need a step by step guide. I just want to delegate this task out to someone who is already comfortable with mass emailing. I have no problem paying for their service if the price is right.

Overall you would need:
- VPS (upcloud offering $50 coupon if you make a $10 payment)
- domain + privateemail (both together approx. 10-20$)
- optional SSL cert. to look more serious and avoid bans (8-10$)

1. Create a email template at stripe
2. Setup PHP Script that sends a mail from a Database on call
3. run bash script that runs every 4 min to php script

Your mails should be inside a database and once it’s send it should be marked so.
Never tried this but could work out I guess

100k list seems to be a big list, but it isn't.
Be prepared to get 0 results.
People find themselves annoyed by unwanted spam emails and most of them will go right to the trash can (in case they get inboxed, which wont happen very often).
For this to work you need to be talking about a huge (millions) and well segmented clean list to think about making some profit.

This doesn't means it isn't a business model on its own, but you need to invest and follow some rules.

@Dangara It sounds interesting but I would like to hear from somebody who has tried that before. I want the emails to goto the inbox folder and not spam or promotions so I do not know the pros and cons of sending bulk emails from a private email versus gmail.

I think SMS is the pathway where it doesnt matter. As long as you have a number, your message will get sent. I do not know how accurate that is though.

@Lilith55 Hey so let's say I have a list of 1 million emails. What service would you recommend to send 1 million emails?

@Vamsi9002 i would not bother doing what you say it is a lot of effort / waste and i think you will get a lot less responding than you think.

The reason is if they dont have a website you first have to educate them why they should before you can sell to them. That is not a great business model as that takes lots of time and effort explaining the point of what you offer before you can even pitch.

Better to have a list of prequalified prospects you then target they are more likely to say yes.

Personally i like to sell to people water who are walking out of the desert parched. I dont have to explain the value of water to them before i can pitch.

Privateemail.com is a service that connects emails straight to your domain. Let’s say you’ve got the domain „wehelpyou.com“ you can easily setup an email account such as „[email protected]“. Gmail is offering SMTP aswell but as above mentioned you can add SSL certs to your domain and SSL secured mails to the email list.
Most spam mails do not even have a template, you can create a free one at stripo.com to act more serious.
You could even setup a website that is hosted on your domain which looks most serious then.

@GringoMonkey I understand, but at the same time it is not me who is making the pitch - once they respond "yes" to the question of whether they are interested in us making a website for them --> I send them over to the agency who handles the rest of the sales. I am just a middle man of sales. But I get what you're saying - I might not get the amount of yes's I think I will.

Can you give me an example of an idea which you executed in the past which was like selling water to someone who just came from a desert?

Do you have any recommendations so that my spam campaigns can be more effective? I am new to the subject but now I can get large amounts of niche email, I know it can be a profitable business but I don't know how to do it.

I am understanding that I must follow this process:
1. Create a niche web page. Include some free ebook in exchange for your subscription.
2. Send emails to subscribers to share free and valuable information
3. After one or two emails start with product offers
4. Create a lasting relationship with free and relevant information. Periodically send offers of my products.

Help me my friends please.

@Vamsi9002

If you get paid on commission to sell a third party service on your model you have to spend lots of time educating them before they will even agree to a pitch. Because they dont have a website, they dont value it.

On your model i sold training. But before i pitched anything i had a va phone verify who was in charge of human resources.

If the company had nobody incharge of human resources, then they dont value training. I cannot be bothered wasting my time explaining the benefits of training up staff to a company that does not. Those that do value training had a head of hr and so will be more receptive to hearing a straight up value proposition, i dont have to first educate them. So i only bothered contacting them.

That is prequalifying. See the difference?

Yes that is the basics of the concept. Doing it well is another matter though.

The key is how do you get people to signup to your legitimate site list?

In this context that is all i would use spam email for.

I think it must be what has already been said in other threads: a professional page, an unmissable, impeccable and free offer and once visitors feel at ease on the site, they are taken to the offer.

You can use Mailchimp to bulk email your list. I used it for some time last year. The free plan allowed to send 2000 emails a month as I remember, Its also good to A/B test your emails.

I've been mailing for over 18 years and you will be wasting your time with any list that's not fresh/targeted. I would never use scraped data for B2C offers. You can easily end up scraping spam traps/honeypots and if you get a complaint and don't have the opt-in record you will have problems. If your scraping business addresses for B2B offers you need to target specific companies that the offer would be a good match a verify the company addresses using something like hunter.io. I personally don't promote B2B offers or ever use scraped data.

I heavily promote PPL (pay per lead...lead generation) offers. This is because there is no credit card / purchase required to complete an offer. All a user has to do is fill out a form, so conversion rates are typically much higher compared to offers that require a sale to be made.

I favor offers that have a make, get or save money benefit to them, as they have overall worked the best. They also tend to have the greatest mass appeal (will be of interest to a large general audience), so the potential exists to produce high volume and they are fairly easy to cross-promote on the back-end.

Some of the verticals (niches) I have done extremely well with are: education, insurance, loans, debt, credit, mortgage, assistance, discount offers, homeowner offers, etc...

The bulk of the PPL offers that I promote pay $20-$40 per lead, but I also promote offers that pay more and less. You don't want to get too caught up on what an offer pays because how well it converts is just as important. For example, if you have an offer that pays $9, but if it converts at 2X or more of a $20 offer, then it will perform about the same or possibly better. At the same time, if you have an offer that pays $90 and it converts poorly, it may not even be worth promoting.

I have also done just as good with dating website sign-ups and pretty good with free trial + S/H offers. I also promote a very limited number of offers that are straight sales. For them, mass appeal is still the number one thing I look for and I also look for one of the following...

1) The product is new and/or novel-unique and you can't purchase it locally or even something similar. I don't waste my time with it once something similar shows up in Walmart.

2) The buyer can truly get what is being offered at a decent discount.

3) Solves a house is on fire type problem.

However, I mainly promote non-PPL offers on the backend.

Bottom line, it's far easier to get someone fill out a short form than to get them to pull out their credit card and make a purchase. So why struggle with trying to sell this or that, when you can provide free information that users want/need and get paid well doing it.

I drive traffic and build responsive email lists by acquiring different forms of email data. Essentially what I'm really doing is monetizing the data using PPL offers.

Fresh / targeted 3rd party data, which is email leads of users that have shown an interest in a specific PPL niche or offer and have given permission to receive messages from third parties. You get the opt-in record of each user and it's 100% can-spam compliant.

Generate real-time Co-reg, which works by placing an ad for a specific PPL offer on a co-registration network and their publishers display it and users that view the ad can request more info about the offer. When a user requests more info, their contact info is automatically imported into your ESP (autoresponder) account / campaign and they are immediately sent details regarding the offer, along with future follow-up messages. You pay on a per lead basis.

There is also rev-share data, which is basically 3rd party data (typically fresh / targeted) that you get for $0 upfront costs and you split the revenue generated from sending it with the data provider. Those that provide rev-share are typically just aggregating the data and aren't marketers and provide it to those that know how to monetize it.

So with the above, I am getting fresh / targeted leads specifically for the PPL offers I'm promoting. However, they are not typically as responsive as a high-quality opt-in list that you build yourself. So to compensate for this you need to work with higher volume. This is not a big deal since the cost is much cheaper and highly scalable compared to traditional list building methods.

When mailing, you want to skim off the top any fast-track conversions and then for long-term success, you want to always be collecting your opens / clickers, segmenting and removing unresponsive users...converting the leads from quantity to quality and into responsive lists. Which you can then also cross-promote other offers on the back-end.

So basically the real reason I promote PPL offers because they provide the path of least resistance to generating conversions / $$$ and converting the data into cash-producing assets.

There's actually more to it than it sounds, but done right it can be extremely profitable. Everyone that I know that is in the business and knows what they are doing, for the most part, does 6-7 figures. While that's a huge range, much comes down to one's ability to scale and effectively build / manage the infrastructure needed to scale.

One other thing. Once you have experience promoting PPL/CPA offers via email, you can also find companies that have opt-in and/or buyer lists that do little with them or nothing at all via email marketing and help them fully monetize their data.

These are mainly companies that call all the users and or don't know anything about promoting affiliate / CPA offers. This requires more work because you have to find the companies, wherewith the other options above it's easy to get access to data. This is what would be considered 2nd party data, as you manage the companies data and monetize it for a percentage of the net profits generated.

Something to think about.

@eMonetize
Everything you share is helpful. I completely ignore the world of PPL. Reading your comments, I see the potential of this strategy. Can you recommend some sites with which you can work this type of offers? I am more than interested.

I never thought that from a small doubt, such a wealth of knowledge would result for me. I appreciate your comments that guide me more in this tireless search for a profitable business.

I have tried a lot. I did arbitrage with ebay, and for some time I made good money, but the effort is a lot.

At the beginning of September I will formally start an import business from China with products designed by me, creating a multilevel (I know a lot about this topic). I will also create a page for dropshipping. In both cases, I continue training every day and I already have many aspects clear (suppliers, taxes, times ...).

However, I want to take advantage of this fresh information base. I see that it has a lot of potential but the raw material is not everything, it is necessary to know the right way to make it profitable.

I appreciate the time and shared knowledge of all. If you can continue to contribute ideas, it will be amazing. I would not like my information to end in fiverr for 5 dollars.

I wouldn't recommend any service as you don't have the slightest idea about this business model.

@eMonetize @Lilith55 Thank you for giving such a detailed breakdown. I really like the idea of switching my business model from waiting till a sale is made to doing PPL offers. Saves time and makes me money quicker.

Getting those clean/targeted lists will be the next challenge --> thank you for information of co-reg and rev share opportunities --> what is your opinion on just purchasing an opt in list of a particular niche? What would be a fair price and any precautionary measures I need to take to avoid being scammed as a newbie?

And of course my final question --> what is your personal favorite email provider? Your favorite software for sending these automated/bulk emails to your targeted lists?

Thank you again for your inputs, very helpful and informative!
