some people just don't get that you're going out of your way to give any help at all. somehow they think just cause they pm you, somehow you owe them an answer. It's one of the differences between a newbie and a noob.

Don't let it make you stop helping though. Most newbies are happy for whatever info they can get. Don't let some noob ruin it for everyone else.

Just wanted to say Fatboy it was your posts from over a year ago that encouraged me to set up my own proxy servers. I paid a coder to do it for me at first and the SOB added backdoors so he could use my proxies to send spam emails. He did two servers and backdoored both of them. Hosts started calling giving me shit so I reloaded all of them and learned how to install the proxy software myself. I opted for 3proxy over squid as it required a lot less resource but it all works about the same.

Just wanted to say I appreciate what you do share and don't let these noobs get to you. Use the ignore feature on PMs and move on. This guy sounds like a few that have contacted me. Somehow they think people that know what they're doing are public servants with nothing better to do during their days than spoonfeed people that won't invest the time themselves to learn shit. Nobody owes anyone shit unless they're paying. What people offer for gratis shouldn't be considered an open invitation to be contacted privately and bothered for MORE free advice.

I have to say I have read and read, tried and tried again in IM but above all else I dont expect people to spoonfeed. I am not afraid to share or throw questions out that are pertainent to learning - its like exams, you can copy your way through the years then get to your exams and you do 5hit - why?? cos you think others will always be there to carry you...people like him dont derserve to make a living on here.
