I'm back...

well, he paid me 3 weeks late.
this month he said he can pay me on the 22nd :|

a bit dissapointing :| honestly....

I really don't know what to do.

Real simple: look for other work otherwise consider yourself a sado-masochist!
 
stop going to work until he pays.. start working from home and increase your online income
 
since you are quite sure that he is an awesome boss,it is better to wait for a few more days.But do not think of staying on the job forever.i mean you got to make sure your IM career is also cruising to a whole new level.once you reach a higher income,better quit your job and start doing IM full time.

I would start looking for another job. I don't know what the job situation is like where you live, but you aren't really getting paid anything if you aren't getting paid!
 
does he pay you the whole 1200 at once? if so, ask to be paid every week.
 
this is.. our beautiful country :)) wher you don`t get pay if you work.. and you can get pay if you wank.. that`s the reason.. i am my own boss. try this to..
 
Money should not be the focus,You are happy ? You like to work here ? If is yes,then this financial problens always can happen....But if you dont like to work in this place just get off.
 
A business waiting for a client funds to pay its employees is not a business.

I got paid, the problem is the lack of punctuality.

I had a man to man talk with him and said that this lateness shit has to stop. He promised that by Friday I will have all my money and he will never be late again.

welll....FRIDAY has passed and I DIDN'T GET MY MONEY.

I think the best action to take would be to just go to work.
Do the work stuff for 4-5h and then do my IM stuff.

God I hate this kind of circumstances!

well...it's already Tuesday....and guess who hasn't received any money.
 
You shouldn't take "tomorrow" or "See you Wednesday" as an answer...you have every right to get paid ON TIME and with the CORRECT AMOUNT. So I suggest you remind him in a nice way.Say that you need the money because you do have financial obligations of your own. You should worry if doesn't pay you after that...Goodluck, I hope you get paid soon! :)
