I hate my AWESOME BOSS!

my advice:
just don't do stupid thing that will get you fired,
mess a little with your job next month, (hide information here and there)
make he need you.

use the information for your self, not your boss.

""revenge is a dish best served cold".

and enjoy... :)

Take $1200 worth of equipment until you're paid.

Don't take any shit, that money is meant to feed and house you.

I just can't get over how he's telling you he has no money then sayin c-ya later i'm going on vacation. lol something doesn't add up

I would take his children hostage and demand ransom. Seems like the most logical thing to do.

The charming guys are always the ones that rip you off. Tell him that you need to be paid on time.

hey Dorule!
Brake his legs, or send the "recuperatorii" dupa el... mama lor de sefi - curve imputite

jmsks

He can't pay you but he can afford to take a vacation?

That doesn't pass the smell test.

Exactly what I was thinking. I had a boss that owed me 2400 for awhile and said he was waiting on payment from the company we did work for. I was patient until I found out he bought an invisible dog fence, an 800 dollar camera, and was getting ready to go on vacation.

I will wait until Wednesday. Will post results then. :)
My gut feeling says HE IS THE REAL DEAL. I TRUST HIM.

Have you asked your coworkers if they got paid or if he's done this before?
And as someone said before, it's always the charming ones that get people to do work for free (even if that means just doing extra work while u do get paid). It's worth sticking around but do some homework on the guy.

It's common thing here that some companies don't pay for two months.. I worked in one of them and I quit and it became clear that it was much cheaper to not go to work :)

Tell him to anticipate you some of the 1200 dollars, like 300-400 dollars now.

Say you understand he's having hard times, that you love your time spent with him but you have a family to support as well (even if your family is only yourself) and if you can't afford the luxury to bring them on vacation, you have at least to put food on the table and pay bills.

Plus, if you let him treating that way once, delaying your payments withouth raising your head and annoying him, he'll feel entitled to do it over and over again. And you will never know when your next payday will be.

You are working for the money, after all. Right? No money? No reason for you to stay. Even if he's a great guy, you aren't his passive boyfriend.

If you want to work for the fun and maybe be paid as an optional when your boss won't have to pay for vacations, clothes, dinners, fornitures, cars and so forth... that's probably the best boss you'll ever work for.

An high paying job is BS, if the payday is always tomorrow or next tuesday.

You may want to start looking for less paying jobs, but more reliable like your friends did. It may sucks for you since you love the guy, but the alternative is working without certainties and eventually, for free. Imo that sucks even more.

Ask your boss the money he owes you, or at least some of the total amount, as a business man, not as friend. Cause if he doesn't pay you, he's not your friend.

And he doesn't even deserve to be your boss.

Good luck

I wouldn't wait. I would be straight out honest when you see him the next time and tell him you like the company and what you do but you need to know what's going on with the paydays. You can plan your stuff to pay around tomorrows, when it's time to pay rent you cant say tomorrow....Business is business, whether you like it or not you can't mix your emotions of liking him and the job with business. Bottom line. If you do and you wait you'll continue to wait.....And as employers he owes you that much respect to be honest about what's going on....Seems like to me his stuff isn't fully together now you can be dedicated and try and stick it out to see if it gets better but sounds like this will end pretty rough: you being owed money and him disappearing maybe not intentionally but from embrassment or just not knowing what else to do.

But bottomline, business is business don't be afraid of standing up for business if the shoe was on the other foot I'm sure it'd get done to you.

Good luck

Basstracker said it all. Which I always kind of expect good things from basstracker.

Anyways, you just need to grow some balls. If a person is a user, they will seem cool and being a weak human you will want to follow them and like them. Or 'love" being around them.

You did the work, you deserve to get paid. If you let someone have an inch and they take a mile, Fvck them. That is not right.

Really if he can afford the vacation, he can afford to pay you, and I would not work for someone that does not have their priorities straight anyways.

Vacation before paying employees = Shitty Business Owner

Approach him directly on the subject, be honest, tell him you need the money you worked for. See what he says. Take care

Any competent business owner KNOWS he is supposed to pay his employees. He knows he owes you money and he isn't paying it, end of story. He obv doesn't think enough of you to feel like you need to be paid on time.

Start looking for another job.

Are you for real. I.m not Romanian ,but I.ve done business there, Well tried too.
All you ever get is promises, and its nothing for the bosses to spend your salary on holidays cars and anything else they might fancy,
The chances of you being paid is nearly zero.

He is waiting on the next job to come , to get money to pay his staff, Not the job just done, Nobody in Romania ,works upfront,

Forget about court cases, Even if you win , they will appeal and you have to pay for your lawyer upfront, and threw every part of the 4 trials, that it takes.

The courts wont chase them for your money, you need then to hire a bunch of thugs to get your money,

The other thing is, there is no guarantee of you being awarded costs,

Get sick till he returns, Do your internet work, and if he is genuine, he will pay you on his return, If not. why waste anymore time on him,
