1) find a shop, find clients, resell staff from the shop 2-3-4 times higher price
2) copy other videos, edit them using Canva, upload with own links
3) do keyword research (low competition), check other sites in google (if there small sites - you can rank easily), make SEO article for the keyword, publish (dont' add ads until you get traffic)

Remember: If you get traffic = you will get money

I worked with x86 assembly before. I understand the basics of how CPUs work, but at a point it's not worth investing more time into.

If I were you I would forget about high level programming stuff, AI would change the landscape of programming in the near future and you seem to already have enough knowledge that you can gradually Improve by building stuff with the help of AI and practical learning.

So, my advice for you is to get some side money from offline somewhere, somehow, learn to save and to make money offline while researching and learning about different online niches.

Marketing and Social Media is 2 good niches you could learn a lot about in short time and will always stay.

If you know everything about coding and what is in demand, why are you still in this situation? May be you lack the skills to market yourself.
 
You have money in your name. Since your poor, its safe to assume you're practicing manifestation. Thats a good start.
 
You concluding you're poor is wrong, yh you lack sufficient fund but you shouldn't publicly declare that. Keep your head low and keep working on anything you can, any skill or whatever, you'll definitely get pass this phase. It's a phase
